To assess HOW the Nutrition Program has helped your body, a brief follow up is needed. Follow up includes details about all your complaints, and how they have been from the time you started with the food plan and the program. It also helps the doctor to know how to manage the further line of treatment with respect to the food plan. A brief discussion about how you were able to acknowledge the new lifestyle and food changes, measuring your weight, and other parameters which help us to assess your health. The follow up is the time when you share changes felt in your body with your Nutritionist.
