15 minutes before and after the medicines, nothing should be consumed, no food no water, nothing.
Except for that, some people who are chronically consuming alcohol, tobacco, smoking, etc should consider weaning them off as they interact with mechanism of action of the Homoeopathic medicines.
Ideally, strong spices and condiments should be avoided, but they can be consumed in moderation. If you suddenly consider having a strong black coffee, raw onion or garlic, then you should avoid it strictly.

My previous Homoeopathic Doctor used to give me names of medicines. Will you also give me the same?

The Homoeopathic prescription remains a Professional secret. Unless required for Insurance, Mediclaim or Custom letter purpose for travelling outside India, the names will strictly not be given.
Secondly, the quality of medicines are the most important aspect of any CURE. Thus, if you use a correct medicine but of a bad quality, then even though it is a correct medicine, it will not help. Whereas, the good quality medicines (which are given by the Homoeopath himself) will act rapidly, gently and permanently and cure the patient.
